Above all this is a good-value hotel. It worked out much cheaper than staying in central Hamburg. It’s just a few minutes from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn into town and to the airport. The hotel was quiet, clean and everything worked. The staff were cheerful and friendly. I’d have no hesitation in staying here again

Average hotel, just for stay a couple nights. Affordable and good breakfast. Cleaned rooms but the common areas need cleaning attention. No dining options around the property. No parking on site.

The property was nice clean and service was good, although we doubt if there is a control mechanism to check if the people having breakfast actually also paid for it. It seened you could just sit down and have breakfast. Nobody asked anythi g.

There might be a problem with the plumbing or the ventilation of the hotel. My bathroom smelled pretty bad from check in to check out. They are really strict about the 3pm check in. I saw people waiting at the lobby at 2:50pm. They do store your luggage though. There are a few quick food options and a big grocery store nearby which is nice. But not much to do, no bars or restaurants or people. You need to take the metro to do anything but the station is 5-10 min walk. It is an ok stay but not ideal.

Hamburg visit.

24 checkin which is good as arrived late internationally. Room clean. No jug or mini fridge, just be aware if your use to that. Aircon worked well. Beds comfy. Lidl across the road if requiring any snacks. Shops not far away to walk and great cafes along the main shopping street. Metro not far and is on the airport line as well. About five stops to city of Hamburg. Didn’t bother us going in and out every day, it was a three night stay. Buy the day ticket which cost 7 euro and covers all public transport cheapest way to go. We would have breakfast up the street at a Turkish cafe who did fantastic bakery and food.

Clean functional and convenient.

This hotel is very convenient for both the airport (about 15 mins) and the Hauptbahnhof (main station - about 8 mins) and is just a short walk from Wandsbeker Chaussee S Bahn station. The U Bahn station is also next door to the S Bahn. Top tip is to buy the Wochenkarte @ €29 (in the hvv Welcome Center at the airport) if you are there for a few days or up to a week because it covers all of Hamburg U and S Bahn, ferries and buses and also some of the Regional trains (e.g. as far as Lüneburg which is well worth a visit). Check in was friendly and welcoming. Room is compact and quite cleverly designed with a small but functional bathroom. Beds were comfortable but very narrow (be careful when you turn over during the night!) and the duvet was also not very large. "Wardrobe" space is a bit limited but adequate for a short stay. It seems odd that you have to pre-order breakfast the day before so in the end we didn't but instead went to the little café in the Edeka supermarket (Mon to Sat only) nearby which has a nice selection of breakfast offers at fair prices. Overall a good base for exploring Hamburg and surroundings and conveniently located.

The hotel is really a practical place for staying and discovering the city. It is very clean and provides enough to make your stay pleasant. I would easily stay there again. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the next room, and all the front desk staff were really kind and helpful except one who was totally out of line and more interested in smoking in the back of the hotel.

Basic but clean and comfortable.

We stayed in a family room for 1 night. The hotel is well located for sight seeing in Hamburg. The reception staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The only negative for us was the lack of off-street parking facilities. Overall, the hotel is good value for money.
