Huge spotless room. Bed was massive. Hotel and the room was quiet. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast choices were huge for all diets too. Bathroom actually had a bath as well as a twin format shower. Most impressed.

Great place to stay

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood near the Alster. Walking distance from the main station, we traveled by train, so that was great. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, and the staff super friendly.

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and were very impressed with its cleanliness and general condition. The King size room with a lake view was ideal for our stay. Sufficient space and amenities within the room. The hotels great location is very convenient for exploring Hamburg within walking distance to the central station and also close to bus and MRT stops. The nearby lake is great for walking or cycling around. We didn't eat within the hotel as there are many good options nearby and also a well stocked supermarket

The hotel is very comfortable, conveniently located within short 10 min walk of the U Bahn, and in a upscale walkable safe neighborhood. Service is very good. It was very busy when we visited in October, we had to wait to be seated at breakfast. They suggest „less crowded“ times, but seemed to be the same regardless. Exercise room has dumbbells, weight machine, elliptical and treadmill. All in excellent condition, but also popular. Overall, it’s a very good choice, just be prepared for the crowds. We would stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is brilliant with only a 7 minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn - U3 line which takes you to most places in the city centre. The rooms were very very clean as was the hotel. The breakfast was great with a huge selection of food and drink. The bar area is lovely too. All the staff at the hotel are so helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Absolutely excellent.

Comfortable, great location.

A brilliant base from which to explore Hamburg, with shops and places to eat 10 minutes away. I ordered room service breakfast and had a breakfast in the restaurant. There was a choice to meet with all dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean and tidy, although the ceiling tiles needed replacing as they were discoloured. You had to be patient whilst waiting for a lift, there are three of them, but one was out of commission. The option of getting to the foyer by stairs wasn’t possible. The stairs led outside in case of fire. I would stay again because of its position.
