"체크인시 잘못된 방을 알려줘서 곤란한상황이 있었음. 슬리퍼어메니티를 요구했지만 가져다주지않았다가 가져다 주었는데 갯수가 틀림. 뷰는 좋았으나, 인테리어는 올드한 느낌. 특히 식당은 최악. 조식당에 샐러드가 없음. 가공식품,냉동식품 데워주는 것으로 구색맞추는 느낌"

"곳곳에 도마뱀이 나와서 자주 놀랐습니다. 놀랍도록 벌레가 많습니다.. 샤워중에 남자 스탭이 직접 문을 열고 들어와서 놀랐습니다. 퀄리아에서는 방해금지라고 체크가 안되어있었다고 하네요..따로 방해금지 태그를 걸 수 있는 것도 아닙니다. 표시등이 있다는데 체크인때 전혀 이야기를 듣지 못했습니다. 못들었다 했더니 너무 많은 정보를 알려드려모르는것같다 이러시네요… 이게 말입니까 ? 저녁 7시에 숙소에 들어와 있으면서도 스탭이 들어올걸 생각해야하는지요? 돈은 다른 리조트보다 몇배나 사용했지만 불면증과 트라우마를 남겨준 여행이었습니다. In Qualia, it wasn't checked as no interference. It's not like you can put a no interference tag on it. I didn't hear anything at all when I checked in. I spent more than I did at other resorts, but it left me with insomnia and trauma."
