For us, the best part was the location of the hotel which was ideal. Next door to a beautiful park and lots of places to shop and restaurants in the old town. Pricing was reasonable and the breakfast was quite good. We had dinner at the bar area and it was excellent. Overall we were quite happy and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice room with friendly staff.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The breakfast staff were friendly and efficient so there was always food available. The room was clean but the bathroom can use an update as the plumbing was making noises. Overall we did like the hotel and would stay again.

A clean and well-maintained property, the rooms were roomy. The breakfast was reasonably priced and had a good variety. Tereza at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The property is about a 30-minute walk from the train station and cruise ship terminal, mostly level with one slight uphill grade. There is a convenience store about a block away as well as restaurants and shopping within about a 10-minute walk. We would stay there again.

The hotel was handy to the cruise port. It was a 15 minute walk into the main shopping centre. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to use the phone at reception to try and resolve a problem with British Airways as using the phones in the room is very expensive.
