The hotel was clean and quiet. Exactly what you want while traveling. It was very conveniently located to a grocery store and pleny of walking, running ,or biking trails. It is right next to the Old town of Hanau, which is very nice. We stayed for a week and the only critique that i have is, i wish it had a little bigger fridge so we could store a couple items in it. Just so we wouldnt have to eat out 4 times a day. Other than that, i would definitely stay ther again.

The property was very clean. I didn't like the fact I'm from Philadelphia, Pa and was unable to change the language on the television. Every channel was on Germany, which i understand but there still should be an option to change to English

This is our third stay at the villa Stokkum. Our family lives in Hannah now and it is a very convenient walk for us back-and-forth to their home as we visit for 10 days. We love this property a few issues this time was that the first week was very warm temperatures what seem to be the air condition? Did not work Very well requested maintenance but still warm front desk was very nice to offer a summer blanket instead of the goose down winter blankets on the bed, which helped the only other issue was the safe in the room was not working, even after mentioning it to the front desk still no repair. We enjoyed many late evenings at the bar staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did not dine at the hotel, but seem to look appetizing as we had to walk through the dining room to our elevator, which is kind of odd. Anyhow, we look forward to staying again. This is our go to Hotel when visiting family.

A great hotel near Frankfurt

The old village of Hanau is fantastic and the restaurants are fabulous. If you ever find yourself staying over in Frankfurt this would be the ideal location to spend a few relaxing evenings enjoying great beers/wines and food. The hotel is nicely decorated and located just off the motorway. Rooms were spotless and a mini bar that was a little pricey especially for the bottled water, good excuse to sample the local beers…🤔😜

Schoenes Hotel.Super Fruehstueck.Aber Achtung.Falls jemand stornieren moechte vorher genau die Stornierungsbedingungen durchlesen.Bei Buchung wird das Jahr der Stornierung falsch angegeben.DerTag stimmt aber nicht das Jahr.Hatte gebucht bin angekommen dann sagte man mir ich haette storniert was nicht stimmte.Hatte schon im vorraus bezahlt ,dann gab man mir ein Zimmer, das fuer 3 Personen reserviert war, statt fuer 2 Personen wie auch gebucht war.Alles sehr merkwuerdig. Also aufpassen. Wenn da steht stornierbar bis zum gedachten Tag auf das Jahr dringend achten. Man denkt stornierbar bis z.B. 20.2.26. Steht aber 20.02.25 in den Storierungsbedingungen. War auch bei einem andeten Best Western so.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. Es war ruhig, das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren sauber, das Personal war freundlich. Der Speiseraum b.z.w Frühstücksraum ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Frühstück selbst war okay.

Goed hotel, kamers te warm ‘s nachts.

Mooi hotel in Hanau, vriendelijke medewerkers, grote kamer en uitgebreid ontbijt. Enige nadeel was dat de temperatuur in de kamer ‘s nachts te hoog was, ik moest de venster open doen om het wat te laten afkoelen.
