Why list your hotel on a major platform if you won’t honor online bookings? They waited until she got there to demand cash, even though the booking was already paid. No refund offered. No help. Just cold treatment and excuses. This is a scam tactic. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They take your money online, then deny you service on arrival.
