The breakfast was excellent. The room was always warm, and I was able to stay very comfortably. However, the room facilities felt a bit old. For example, the doorknob seemed loose and the door was difficult to open, which made me feel a little uneasy.

Hotel is just a minute’s walk from Hbf in a good area for shops. It is comfortable enough but the decor and carpets are looking a little tired and worn. Breakfast is expensive for what it is.

Nice hotel with excellent staff, good location, and a GREAT restaurant. Parking was easy for inner city and everything we wanted to see and do in Hanover was withing easy walking distance. Rooms are a little dated, no a/c, but we were comfortable nonetheless. Cannot say enough about the restaurant and bar because it was a huge surprise. The two best meals we had on a week-long trip throughouth northern Germany and service was outstanding.

Excellent location, very short walk of Hannover main train station, friendly hotel service, good breakfast, all kind of transportation, shops, malls, entertainment and restaurants are close. The hotel is perfect for short family or couple weekend.

In general this is a great hotel. Good location, easy to access public transportation and shopping. If the minibar also offers the wines, that will be even better.

Beautiful classic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous suite with a comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and windows that open properly! Two minutes walk from the main railway station and lots of places to eat and shop. The area can be a bit noisy at night.

Had a great Monday to Friday, based here for the Euros, great train hub (trains are not always on time) the city is nice and very walkable, 20 minute walk to the park and football stadium taking in the views. Would definitely return, also minibar was free

Superb value

This hotel was amazingly good value. It's location is superb, the room was clean, the free minibar was a real bonus, and the sound insulation from outside was remarkable. Drawbacks are that there is no air conditioning, so if its hot it wouldn't be comfortable.

This is not a four star hotel. My suite is in need of total renovation. The sofa bed was dirty, stained, and the metal bars where the bed folds out exposed. The carpet was badly warned. The combination bath and shower leaked terrible. The room didn’t have large towels or promised bathrobes, and I ask for those. I had to ask for them to be delivered to the room. The front desk staff was nice. They should be given the opportunity to work in a nicer, cleaner, renovated hotel.

Great location that is 30 seconds walk from Hannover Hbf. Front desk staff were very helpful with my luggage that Lufthansa lost en route to Hannover. However, I booked a twin room and they were out of them so they put me in a single but charged me for a twin room. So check your bill carefully here !
