The room itself was great and location perfect close to everything. BUT service was atrocious. There was no interest in customer service and approaching the front desk you were stared at and not even said hello to. Suggest management instigates basic customer focus training. Basic requests were met with grunts and not followed up. A shame because otherwise it was hoo (the hard product). It’s rare that I stay at a highly rated hotel and it’s so poor. Usually Hotel.com ratings can be trusted to deliver on all fronts.

This was an okay stay, not great and not terrible. We stayed one night and arrived to no one at the front desk, we had to do a self check in and received a mobile key that took 5 minutes to work each time (very inconvenient). At the time of check in I was also charged €25 which I thought was for taxes but it was for a late check out that I did not agree to. In the room was extremely cramped and hard to walk, toilet paper seemed dirty and recycled? The bed sheets were not great quality, and the mattress was used up and not comfortable. Shower was phenomenal though, only had body wash (no shampoo or conditioner) but it was roomy and comfortable. Outside the property there was tons to do but it was dirty. Great for one night, not recommended for any more.

Good for one night, clean but in a restless area

Clean, new and fresh rooms. However, the area is restless and traffic noise and loud music from the passing cars was very disturbing. My tip is to ask for a room on the courtyard side. Hated their key system - this was completely online/app based, required access to roaming (WiFi did not really work) and I was scared to run out of battery. Silly, unnecessary system.
