"The room we were supposed to stay in was great with a beautiful view. Easy access to the beach. There is no front desk so checking in was confusing. The hotel lost our reservation, so we spent most of our time there waiting to hear where they were going to move us each day. Ended up paying the same price for much lower accommodations. No apology. It really put a damper on our stay."

"Cute little B&B in a neighborhood not too far from the city center. The room was comfortable and the 24-hour coffee was appreciated. Breakfast was only OK - not a lot of options. The big negative was the shower which was basically unusable. It consisted of a small, stepped tub, less than 1/m square on two levels. Neither level was big enough to comfortably stand in or turn around. It was actually pretty unsafe. Note that there is no one there after 6, so you have to get in touch with them if...

"I couldn't get my money back when I booked online and the room wasn't available. The staff told me it was my fault. If they have a room to book how can it be my fault. Really bad service."
