The location of this property is excellent!!! However, the apartment itself needs to be cleaned! Recommendation to the owner: Clean this property and maintain it well. You will attract more clients with good reviews.

Bad cleaning and hard mattress

Would not recomend to stay here! It is very far from Hanoi sentrum. When we got there, the room was dirty and the drying rack was taking the whole space on the balcony, so it was not possible to use it. The bed was very hard, and the pictures dont match the room. We had to buy our own toilet paper as well. The apartment buildings were very nice and its a nice area if you want some peace from the citynoice.

The wifi worked well, and the kitchen had adequate supplies. There was laundry detergent provided for the washer. The view was spectacular. That said, the apartment was not as depicted in the photos, and we received a darker, more run-down room. There was no gym and the host was unresponsive throughout the stay. The space was not cleaned well.

First of all, let me say this. We do not recommend this property. There are no instructions on how to check-in at the beginning. There is no support. When we managed to beat it to the room and opened the door, we were greeted with the most disgusting floor and smell I have ever seen. The wallpaper is heavily stained and the couch is completely damaged. Please note that the female owner who provides the service is also very poor. This is the level of violation of the Accommodation Act, so please be prepared.
