We stayed at Mövenpick Living West Hanoi and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Breakfast at the Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The chef GIULIA has been incredibly accommodating who tailored to our dietary requirements, providing exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. Also, the chocolate hour was really nice too.

Superlative stay

Amazing experience. I travel for business for more than 100 days per year, so I see hotels all the time, but this is the very first time I felt like I was home. Super, super recommended. Room was big, silent, comfortable and clean. Restaurant food was good quality. Gym had all the necessary and was always perfectly clean.

Relaxing stay

Movenpick Living West Hanoi, exceeded my expectation, accessible location, neat and clean room, not mention it is also spacious, staying in our 2 bedroom suit room unit, is just like staying in our home away from home. Breakfast buffet also has everything you want for a healthy start up. Above all are the attentive staff that are always ready to extend a hand before you ask for it special mention of the following: Tan, Rose and Key also Le Anh Dzung who assisted us to our rented limousine going to Sapa, he even offered us to give him a call whenever we need a service again from Sapa to Hanoi. Movenpick living west is recommendable, if given the chance to be back in hanoi, this will always be my place to go.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Our family stayed in Movenpick for a one week visit to Hanoi. The place is kept very clean, and the staff are always very accommodating and pleasant. There’s a wide variety of food to choose from during breakfast. Just outside the hotel are various convenience stores and coffee shops. There’s a restaurant in the hotel as well as outside, just one or two blocks down the streets. We’d like to thank the staff, most especially Kent, who welcomed us at arrival and was always very enthusiastic and sincerely happy to help throughout our entire stay.

Food have gone but the restaurant didn’t refill them, perhaps they refill not frequent or slowly refill. And the restaurant in the breakfast time is supper crowned and busy, waiting to be sit may happen, I would suggest the restaurant staff can use a sign to show which table is available, which table is being used, some tables were left empty but I believe the staff didn’t clean them because they were not sure if guests are still using the table.
