We highly recommend this hotel. A very friendly staff that outdoes itself to make your stay perfect. Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi which is an excellent starting-point to explore the city. Food is excellent and a big choice for breakfast. I just completed a three day stay here and I give it the highest recommendation. It has the best location, the best service, and really nice rooms. Once you walk out the lobby of the hotel, you are in the heart of the old quarter with cafes, shops, and restaurants everywhere. It is located in such a vibrant and fun location. I’d like to give special mention to Hope, who was attentive, friendly and considerate. The staff at this hotel are amazing, and easily some of the most professional staff I have ever encountered.

Truly lovely stay here, we only got a night here but the staff was so accommodating and welcoming, they even updated us to make our stay as best as it could be. We loved it and would def be staying here again when we come back to Hanoi!

This hotel was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. Our host, Grace, was very attentive to our needs. They checked in with us daily. I loved the breakfast buffet, and the rooftop bar had great views. It’s a great location for the Old Quarter and getting picked up for tours. Would stay here again.

The staff showed amazing hospitality at this hotel. Always very pleasant and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was quite small but refreshing. Great location to see the Old Quarter attractions. After spending a few hours out in the chaos of Hanoi, the hotel was welcome relief to come back to. Street noise is completely blocked out. Overall excellent particularly the front staff.
