Hello Sir, First of all, we would like to thank you for your review about our hotel. It is very important for us as any feedback always makes us better. We all hoped that you had good time staying at our hotel and being satisfied with our services. Unfortunately, it is it seems not meet your expectation. As this is our family hotel, we have different business spirit than other commercial hotels. Many customers come back to us as they feel like home while staying. We don’t charge for a cup of tea, a cup of coffee or a beer, we would love you to try our season fruits. That makes customer feel comfortable when they come back to us after long walking day. We are trying to serve breakfast to customers with our local foods. You have exactly what other Vietnamese people eat and in a same way. We trust that it is the best way to experience and explore new cultures. You are not happy with our location when taxi could not come in. We think differently, it is actually our location advantage. We are still located in very center of the city, but much less noisy than other streets. Our street is very unique and a pride of Hanoi people. It would be very noisy if you stay in main road with thousand cars running during days and nights. You would have much better local food experience if you asked our receptionist where to eat, they are many good restaurants at reasonable price close by the hotel. But it is also our mistake that we did not ask if you need help. That’s a lesson learn for us. Once again, thank you for your feedback. It makes our services better. All the bests,
