Spacious, homey apartment in a safe & calm area

Me and my friend had a great stay and felt like home in this apartment located on the 28th floor. The building is modern and located in a new built, safe and calm family friendly vietnamese neighbourhood. no tourists in sight, still just a shorter motorbike/car ride to the old quarters and other tourist attractions. A lot of space - 2 bedrooms and 2 baths + kitchen and a small balcony (with a fence making it safe for kids) from where you can see the city. Beds are comfy. You can tell you’re in someones home, which is apprechiated after several stays in different hotels. Communication with the host was smooth. For anyone who’s planning to stay in Hanoi, especially for a bit longer, this is the perfect place!

コンドミニアムタイプで広い部屋で、全体的には良かった。 しかし、チェックイン予定時間を伝えて行ったが、まだ清掃中。 なんと、清掃員が部屋の中でカップラーメンを食べていた。 荷物だけ置いて、夜戻るとまだ残り香が。 部屋の細かい備品がなかったりしたのが残念。 具体的には、バスタオルのみしかなく(東横インのタオルだった(^^))ちょっと黒ずんでいた。 ハンドタオル、足拭きタオル、ゴミ箱、ティッシュペーパー、等がなかった。 鍋やフライパンも付属されていたが、かなり使い込んでいて、使う気にはなれなかった。 部屋内に、小さな虫がたくさんいたので、虫嫌いの人はちょっと無理かも。 施設自体、利便性や建物の新しさは良いが、以上の改善点が見直されたら、最高点が出せた施設でした。
