We hebben hier 1 nacht overnacht. Perfecte locatie, middenin het centrum. De badkamer was super oud, de voegen zaten vol schimmels. Verder was het wel redelijk schoon. Er was niet genoeg warmwater om het bad te vullen. Er is geen lift, dus we moesten met bagage naar de 5e verdieping lopen. Het kan best luidruchtig zijn, maar dat is logisch voor de stad.

Excellent séjour à l'hôtel Prince II où tout le personnel est à féliciter pour son professionnalisme et son attention. Nous tenons en particulier à remercier la jeune femme qui accueille et gère cet établissement. Parlant très bien le français, elle a transformé notre ébauche de séjour en un programme excellent et varié. Nous soulignons sa compétence remarquable, son efficacité, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse parfaite. Elle a été une interlocutrice parfaite.

또 간다면 또 다시 여기서 머물겁니다.

맥주거리 인근의 숙소로 구시가에 위치하여 구시가를 거닐면 하노이의 오랜 삶의 현장을 관광하고, 저녁에는 호안키엠호수로 산책하고 맥주거리에서 젊은이들과 한잔의 맥주를 마시며 함께하는 그 분위기는커녕 호텔이 주는 최고의 위치에 맞는 환경입니다. 다만 오래된 숙소이긴해도 잘 관리되고 있으며 샤워커튼 교체를 바랍니다.

Pendant notre séjour, nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hotel. Commençons par le plus désagréable. Pas d'ascenseur et si on on est au 6ème...pas vraiment gênant pour nous. Bruyant jusqu'à minuit. Moins pour les chambres derrières. Le reste n'est que positif. Des réceptionnistes très à l'écoute, très agréables, charmantes. Une parlant correctement le français, un peu une 2ème ce qui facilite les renseignements pour visiter le pays. Alors, est ce que c'est plus cher en passant par la réceptionniste que par une agence? Aucune idée et pas sûr mais pour le service rendu, c'est négligeable. Conclusion, je recommande fortement et j'y retournerai.

Book elsewhere for a carefree stay

Really bad experience, as the hotel made us stay at their sister "ghost" hotel Prince I which is the older and rundown version of the hotel we booked. Not only that, but as we set foot in the hotel after 20+ hours of travel, they tried to sell us other travel packages and seemed visibly annoyed that we insisted we check in first and discuss any arrangements later. Prince I is not similar to the hotel we booked, it's very very old and should be at a much different rate than what we booked. On top, the hotel arranged a taxi for us to go to the train station for 5x the actual fare by the hotel reception on account that it was busy and few taxi available. All in all, alousy experience!!!

Nous avions réservé une nuit car il est indiqué que l'hôtel est au calme, mais sous prétexte d'une erreur de réservation on nous a déplacé au PRINCE I à une cinquantaine de mètres avec un pub juste en face, donc nous n'avons pas pu dormir avant 1h30 du matin. De plus le petit déjeuner de cet hôtel est vraiment sans intérêt. comment fait on sur votre site pour noter un hôtel qui n'a pas respecté une résa s'il faut obligatoirement noter une chambre que l'on a pas vue ?

โรงแรมหรือโฮสเทล

ไปถึงโรงแรมประมาณ 6 โมงเช้า โรงแรมปิดไฟมืดหมด มองเข้าไปมีพนักงานของโรงแรมนอนขวางประตูอยู่ ตกใจมากนึกว่าไม่ใช่โรงแรม แต่พนักงานบอกว่า เช็คอินตอนเที่ยงได้ และโรงแรมไม่มีลิฟท์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นให้ห้องดี แต่ที่สำคัญคือ ที่กินอาหารเช้าแคบมาก นั่งได้แค่ 12 คนเต็ม ไม่บุฟเฟต์ด้วย ยื่นเมนูแล้วค่อยสั่ง พอจะสั่งเพิ่มก็เกรงใจ แต่ดีที่อยู่ย่าน old quarter

Nettes Hotel in Zentrum

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist nett und super gelegen. Auf dem Frühstückstisch haben 12 Personen auf engstem Raum Platz aber das Personal ist sehr bemüht und das Frühstück ist gut. 6 Stockwerke ohne Lift. Obwohl das Hotel in der Partyzone liegt, ist es sehr ruhig.

Zimmer im Nebengebäude entspricht nicht den Bilder

Erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage und Beschwerde ein Zimmer erhalten, das dem der Bilder entsprach. Das zuerst zugeteilte Zimmer war im Nebengebäude/Restaurant, Gang weit oben, schrecklich enge Treppe und alles nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend. Das neue Zimmer war ok, aber alles im allen nicht das Geld für ein Einzelzimmer wert. Das Hotelpersonal war ansonsten korrekt, die vermittelte Stadttour zu teuer.

I had a good stay

I have a good stay and I did not regret selecting Prince II Hotel! First of all, the hotel staff are friendly and attend to my requests promptly. I was given a good hotel room with nice street view. There is breakfast provided everyday even though it is not mentioned during the online booking. The price is not expensive and it is totally worthwhile. The only thing that is not-so-perfect would be the lack of elevator, as we are staying at the top floor. But it is okay and I am totally satisfied with this stay.

Bonjour , en fait j'ai passé 9 nuits à Prince II hotel à Hanoi sur un séjour total de 15 jours dans le nord Vietnam . Hotel très sympa , très bien situé , dans un quartier très vivant ... Personnel très sympathique et serviable , chambre spacieuse et confortable , Internet pas toujours disponible , je pense que sa vient du Pays ! cela dis , mon séjour dans cet Hotel répond à mes attentes et je le recommande aux voyageurs de passages à Hanoi ...
