ホテルの周りには気軽に入りやすい食堂が多くまたコンビニも何軒か有り便利です。トレインストリートやハノイ大教会も徒歩圏内で立地条件はとても良いです。ホテルの入り口が洗車場になっているけど気になる事は無かった。ただ部屋のTVが映らなかった。
