This is a pleasant option in the chaos of central Hanoi - more affordable if you go for third party discounts etc a stroll around the lake boundaries reveals lovely coffee shops and local life. Spacious rooms gym restaurant and pool plus a golfing facility for those inclined. Staff were very helpful and the laundry service was super quick. Lake view room is the best option for tranquility.

A hidden gem of a hotel. Staff were very helpful and facilities were great. A different side of Hanoi, as opposed to around Beer Street, where we had stayed before. The only criticism is that there is only one lift to the hotel floors.

The breakfast was excellent. The peacefulness around the hotel looking at the lake was very helpful after a very noisy day outside. The hotel was excellent. That’s all there is to it.
