This was my second stay at Lucien and it was another great experience. The hotel staff are truly amazing and make your stay easy and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and it's extremely easy to explore so many things. Very satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

Loved this hotel. The staff were awesome - especially Anh who recommended great places to eat and visit in Hanoi and other places. Also Henry was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop bar was awesome - we went up 3 times even when we were staying at another hotel the following week.
