“The parking was a mess. Supposedly, the hotel has a parking lot, but it was consistently full. Fortunately, the staff were extremely helpful in finding alternate places for us to park.”

“깨끗하고 침대가 편합니다”

“장기 파견으로 머물고 있는데, 적당한 숙박비로 식사 해결 가능한 상태라 굉장히 만족 합니다. 중심가에 있어서 쇼핑이나 근처 구경하기도 좋습니다.”

“This was a good location for someone transferring from the train to the ferry on its way to Shetland. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the train terminal and the ferry terminal. I found the hotel lobby to be empty and a bit sad looking, as if the hotel had seen better days. My welcome by the staff was friendly and helpful. My assigned room was clean, secure, and relatively quiet. Large bathroom, comfortable room.”

“Great place to stay and excellent food.”

“We booked three rooms for two nights. The room sizes varied considerably. The smallest room, with two twin beds, had one window that you could open about an inch. There were no hooks to hang wet towels. Rug had some old stains. In the two larger rooms, the beds squeaked loudly every time you rolled over. One double mattress was also saggy in the middle. There was enough hot water. Restaurant was convenient.”

“cheaper than another hotel, the room is bigger, clean, the bathtub is good. wifi is not fast, good service. complementary water is front desk. all the facility is quite old but when you call the room service they can provide everything you need.”

“This property has seen better days which is a pity ; the room was big but sadly had not been maintained- the carpet looked like something out of a crime scene and the lighting was terribly dim. There was no room cleaning service for my entire 3 night stay which was a let down. That aside, the reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful.”

“oh my god. this hotel is unbelieval perfect for us. whisky sweet room is fantastic comfort.. and room service steak was perfect delicius. we couldn't forgot steak. fresh beef and perfect chef skill. we really thanks. and we r sad our poor english. cuz we couldn't expression our perfect memory about malmaison.”

“Decent rooms, good restaurant, and location was within walking distance of tourist attractions on a good weather day. Overall it’s a good place to stay. Staff were friendly, and helpful.”

“Lovely old Inn with fabulous local inspired menu options. Enjoyed the cozy feeling.”

“I loved everything. Phantastic value for money in a big city that does not have Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostels. Of course this is not a 4 star hotel! With the start of check-in, there is a receptionist that hands out the key. So everything cool. The only thing that irritated me, was that the telephone number on the booking form did not work. I had to write an email and request the telephone number which I got immediately. It is a mobile number. Apart from that ... 100% recommendation. P.S....

“Dirty room, very noisy inside Sorry I paid to stay here. Only saving grace was it was a deal”
