I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. "Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. "We were given the wrong room initially, but were able to contact the property to get switched. Our rate said it included breakfast but we were told we couldn’t get breakfast without paying an additional fee. They did let us check in early which was nice! "
