We had a wonderful stay at Randor Hotel Sapporo Prestige. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist us, from helping arrange the delivery of a lost item to recommending an excellent Jingisukan restaurant and patiently explaining transportation options in English. We were truly touched by their thoughtfulness and kindness throughout our trip. Their help made our family vacation in Sapporo much more comfortable and memorable. We are sincerely grateful for their outstanding hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo!
