First floor only and clean rooms are good , fridge doesn’t cool , air unit takes too long to cool , pool is really a disappointment very small compared to ad picture and crowded with the same people for hours especially since it’s a very small pool and area is super crowded by the same family

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room looked modern and clean. The receptionist and staff were kind! This is the only hotel I could find that did REALLY LATE check-ins that was perfect for me and my family who drove all the way from Dallas.

The property exceeded my expectation as I was little worried about staying in the area as a single traveler, but the room was very clean and comfortable, and I felt safe. The only thing I was missing was a way to make coffee/tea.

Area is usual southern Texas: highly motor vehicle centric, hostile to pedestrians and bicycles. But that's not ABV issue, it's Texas issue. That being said, the hotel is not very attractive from the outside but the rooms are clean and in good repair. I have stayed there twice and I will stay there again as I have recurring business in South Texas.

All first level was great Wish there was more lighting in king suite but loved the extra room and two tvs Breakfast was just enough and the area was very clean and well stocked

Excellent experience. Everything was very good. From the cleanliness to the nice new hotel renovations. The only thing I didn't like personally, was the breakfast area. It is too small for a family of 6.

This was a weekend business trip and just needed basic accomodations. This place met all my requirements. It was clean, quiet, and safe. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, but only for the most basic accomodations.

Nice room, very clean and modern. Area around the hotel is quiet and there are plenty of amenities. Only issue with this hotel is the absence of a microwave. There is a notice to use the one at the front desk. If you want to re-heat or cook something you have to go to the front desk every time! That is a strike against an otherwise nice hotel.

Sadly we do not offer microwaves in our rooms, but yes we do offer a microwave for use at our front office breakfast area. Pest Control is a high priority for us. With this precaution, we believe we shorten the chances of insects and bugs being present in our rooms. We hope you give us another chance to make that "strike" right.
