The entire staff was phenomenal. From check in to check out they made us feel at home. You could feel that they truly cared about their guests and were there to help and make our stay as great as possible.

I booked a room for a wedding reservation two months ahead and traveled to the hotel to find out that they overbooked and my reservation was canceled earlier in the day while I was traveling. So 11:30 am I received an email from them canceling my two month old reservation. Shame on them for overbooking and ruining my entire trip. I honestly do not recommend his hotel and their practices.

1st room toilet wouldn't flush, and tv was on blaring and wouldn't shut off. 2nd room they tried to give us had a huge red stain about 1 1/2 feet round int the middle of carpet. 3rd room had a few little red stains in carpet, but other then that the 3rd was clean. New manager just took over the hotel and she tried to go out of her way to make things right.

We cannot sleep in a bed that hard it was the only room available when we checked in and this bed felt as if it had a piece of board under it my daughter and I just could not sleep in it as soon as we laid down about 10 minutes later we had to go we checked out explained that we were checking out early and I would like a partial refund no refund given

Never received the deposit back. The sheets on one bed had hair on it. Took a long time for them to change the sheets.

Good location, nice staff and clean hotel
Nice hotel with a lot of amenities and pleasant staff, but I agree with some of the other reviews about the showers that leak, make sure to put a towel down in front of it or watch your step getting out! ;) Otherwise the stay was fine although the room wasn’t quite ready at check in and then there was some issue with their system and my hotels.com reservation, but they got it worked out fairly quickly I guess

Dont stay at a marriott
Staff OK. Building bad, bed hard, shower sprays all over, leaked on floor, tiny trickle for sink water, only had 2 towels, used floor mat to dry myself. Hotel charged twice the normal rate, they said because its "busy" got receipt for $243, now the charge on my chase site says $270! No one answers phone, chat runs you in circles email goes nowhere. Terrible experience

Lobby and lounge area are very nice and a nice fire pit outside. Our group encountered problems with our rooms not getting cleaned & I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a room because there were no clean towels & they wouldn’t allow me to check in without towels in the room. Finally one staff member was able to resolve the issue of rooms not being entered as available after they were cleaned. Room was clean but we could not get our temperature regulated in the room and it was cold. In the morning the coffee area in the lobby was a mess with trash in the floor. I asked if hot chocolate was available at 7 a.m. & was told if you don’t see it we don’t have it. It was not my normal Marriott experience. The property felt safe and the amenities were nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well appointed but the hotel could use a bit of a refresh and a little better maintenance. The lack of a full restaurant was disappointing but there are many dining options in the area.
