If traveling the Pa. Turnpike, or visiting Highspire stay here, its only 4 minutes to the turnpike entrance. Highspire, Pennsylvania is Exit 247 (Harrisburg East Interchange). I stayed here because OF THE HOT BREAKFAST and location to I-83,; Rts 322 / 422,; and rt-283.

This was a good place to stay. It was quiet and air conditioning worked well. Sheets and blankets were a bit musty and there were ants wandering around near the microwave and bathroom but nothing major. Staff were very helpful.

It was very spacious and a good price for the size of the room. It was about 20 min from Hersheypark so that was pretty convenient compared to how much more hotels are closer. The main complaint I have is the carpet was dark and had stains, so it was hard to tell how clean it was. I wore shoes and socks most of the time. The other thing was the pull out sofa bed looked disgusting with old red and brown stains. So my son just ended up sleeping on the couch. Overall it was fine and affordable.

This was an okay spot for what we needed which was just somewhere to rest a few hours. The icemaker on our floor and pool were both closed. The carpets in the hallway were worn as was the overall appearance of the bathroom. The hallways were very strong smelling of room deodorizer or cleaner. The elevator had something spilt in it which remained there the entire morning. The breakfast was overcrowded and was out of everything including plates. Parking was good.
