Our stay was nice. The room was clean, but there were some things missing, like soap and other things. Fortunately the hotel offers access to toiletries for all guests, so you don't have to contact the receptionist. The location is great, quite a few shops accessible by walking. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel structure. The kitchen was okay, but the utensils and dishes were a little dirty. The bed was comfortable. The balcony doesn't have any barrier between the other room's balconies so you can see other guests.
This hotel was advertised with a self-parking but turned out to have only a limited number of spots. The staff told us to park in nearby lots, where ever we can find a spot.
The worst issue was that the room had a very inconvenient layout.
I could hear person in the next room talking for hours at night, dog barking, etc. The kitchenette did not have the supplies their own checklist has such as no pot or pan, only either a super tiny spoon or a comically large one, etc. The AC worked on day of arrival and not after.
The kettle had a large amount of lime buildup at the spout, as well as some water in the bottom when I arrived, with something floating in that water. Kitchen shelves were dusty, mold in the shower. Shower drain not attached and skittered away when stepped on. Day of arrival the garbages in the kitchenette were already full of waste, bottles, etc.
I pointed out to the reception issues with things like the AC not working, cleanliness, garbages not having been emptied before arrival, etc; these were not addressed. The room had 2 rolls of toilet paper, and the info pamphlet in the room said more were available at the service center but it had none; I pointed this out to reception and instead of restocking the service center, they delivered 1 additional roll of toilet paper to my room and did not restock the service center.
They claim the rooms are noise isolated, but I could clearly hear a man in the next room speaking for hours into the night, as well as a dog barking one night.
At one point I was getting ready to head out for the day when there was a knock at the door, and no more than a second's wait time before someone who appeared to be a technician/handyman/etc unlocked the door and let himsel
We arrived after 11pm and there was no any problem making check-in calling to emergency service center. So many thanks to this possibility! As usual, cleanliness perfect, polite staff. So, we are going to stop here next year
We stayed here for the 1st time in april on our way to Greece. Very nice hotel, such nice beds, great staff. After 22.30 you can use the side entrance which leads straight to the parking lot. If needed there is also a garage.
In August we had a small appartment with kitchen. It has a separate closet area and large bathrooms. Would recommend highly.
A delightful and very homey establishment. This location is remote and there are not a lot of dining choices but the pizza joint on the premises is pretty good. Some rooms also have kitchenettes and with the supermarket next door its great for families. Also has laundry facilities. The location is a bit of a hike from the city of Graz but if you have transport then its a great place to stay. We were here for the F1 Grand Prix and thank goodness we could organise transfers as public transport is limited and would take a while to get to town. I loved this little hotel.
Compared to last year, a change in a very bad direction. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, with a torn curtain. The bathroom was dirty, with wet, used towels lying on the floor.
Camera pulita. Parcheggio di fianco all'hotel, però con pochi posti

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
