“The breakfast staff were excellent and always helpful. The breakfast was also very good: selection of fresh fruit and cereals with choice of yogurts.”
“The accommodation was small and with our room being on the road facing side, it was very noisy. It was a bed for the nights we stayed as we didn’t spend much time in room as visiting family. The breakfast was excellent.”
“A lovely property within walking distance of the town and everything you need.
There was a beeping noisy in the corridor outside our apartment intermittently throughout the night which was annoying.
Well maintained, comfy and we’ll definitely be booking again when we come to visit friends. Wish we had more than 12hrs in it :-)
Thanks for the fresh milk and sweeties”
“Great stay. A little hot, but it’s not the hosts fault. The fan was helpful and after about 11 PM it became a very pleasant sleep.
I loved the contactless entry. The host emailed me all the details several days in advance which was nice and all I needed to access the room was a code.
The room itself is very nice. The bathroom is the highlight. If I could change one thing it would be the motion sensing lights. Every time one of us got up to use the bathroom the light stayed on for a while. A...
“WiFi code wasn't obvious but minor.
Other than that lovely room with tons of facilities. Good pub with lovely cobs and beer etc
Would stay again when in Stourbridge!”
“Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...
“Lovely traditional hotel on the river Severn promenade, with large outdoor beer garden and restaurant and intimate indoor restaurant and bar. The hotel is formed of 2 buildings, both with parking, sharing the outdoor facilities.
Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were both nice and tasty, served by attentive staff.
The hotel is close to the cathedral, the Worcester porcelain museum and other historical properties. A walk on the Severn banks is also recommended.”
“The hotel room we were allocated was at the back of the building off a really bad smelling musty corridor which seeped into the room. The room itself, other than the smell, was good. Clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly. Food in the restaurant was great.
We asked for our bins to be emptied and for fresh towels which didn't happen.”
