"Small rooms, uncomfortable beds. If bed was better, the smallness of the room wouldnt have mattered. "

"There were no written instructions about having the room serviced every day and no one asked us when we checked in. Consequently, we did not get clean towels or have our room serviced the first day. It wasn't until we asked that we finally received service. We also had problems with the phone and it took 2 service requests before it was fixed. We could not dial any number without receiving a busy signal."
