"The hotel was clean but aged, spacious for hotels in Tokyo. Great location as it’s close to metro but not too close to crowded areas. Japanese staffs were polite, friendly and professional as usual. However there are rooms for the rest to improve on. "

"Very clean, water bottles replenished each day. Comfortable beds, great shower. No storage for clothes other than hangers for coats, so you will be in/out of suitcases. Some street noise but not too invasive. Staff helpful and happy to organise luggage forwarding. Self service breakfast buffet a bit bland but there are plenty of alternatives in the area. Station is a 10 minute walk with good connections to most sites in Tokyo. "

"Staff was extremly healpful and friendly. Some spoke english well, some spoke phrases. I was sad that the Gozilla lookout was closed but i understand why. Better coin washers and dryers would be great. Spent 3 hours trying dry the same load of 6 cotton Shirts."

"Our corner room had a great view! However, I was disappointed that we did not have a tub in our room, the pillows were hard, there was no chair or table to sit at. The breakfast buffet was extensive but a lot was Japanese focused and we did not partake. The hotel was nice and staff was excellent, but it was located in not such a great environment for two older adults. I would not stay here again. I would choose to be in Shinjuku or Shibuya. It was expensive for what we got."

"We booked the triple corner room but still found it cramped with two large suitcases, one small and two large backpacks for a family of three. There was barely enough space to walk around and if it hadn’t been a corner room we wouldn’t have been able to open two suitcases at once. Room cleaning was offered every other day but due to the limited space we opted out. We barely moved around so we weren’t comfortable with someone cleaning the room. However, it’s worth noting that we had a small baby and spent more time in the room than families without children. I think it would be fine for couples, especially those exploring all day and only returning for sleep. Also we noticed that certain part of the room was immaculate but others very dusty. The bathroom, however, was fantastic. It was spacious and had a powerful shower and bath area. Another important thing to note, which we weren’t aware of when booking, was that the hotel is right in the centre of the red light district. Finally, we had paid for breakfast but stopped going after the first day as we didn’t enjoy it. We ended up going to the Lawson’s or 7/11 next to the hotel which actually is cheaper with better food which is something you should keep in mind when considering paying for breakfast. Overall, the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke good English, making communication easy."
