Overall OK stay for 1 night. Friendly and helpful staff. Various stains on bed sheets. Water out of tap brown in the beginning with dirt particles. Drinking water bottles at room expired for a year and tasted strangly.

Hallway carpets are stained and look disgusting,the rooms are old and depressing,I checked in and within the hour I checked out,a hostel is better than this place,it's also inconveniently out of the city centre and 1340 bht I paid was a ripoff,not recommended to stay unless your really desperate not worth more than 200 bht

Pros: Really lovely staff, very helpful.
Cons: very poor breakfast, room was clean however the bathroom was disgusting, ants EVERYWHERE!!! Not sure if it was just our room as there was a window in the bathroom that couldn't be closed?!?
