"The hotel is in a perfect location at the lakeside, beside the famous London Bridge and related amenities. The hotel was excellent overall, spotless room, excellent breakfast and super staff. The only issue was our room ac unit being a bit noisy, probably due to the extremely hot weather."

"It was great for the price. Stayed on 2 2nd floor where it was renovated supposedly. Not the best but it was fine. Everything worked . Staff was super nice. Close to the lake and bridge."

"Even though it was very hot while we were there. We enjoyed our stay at the Heat! The morning staff was great! Perfect place to see the London Bridge on your balcony! Location was perfect for a first time Lake Havasu visitor! 100% we would stay there again. Next time will bring a boat!!"
