4시부터 방들어갈수있고 전반적으로 깔끔하고 조리기구나 방컨디션좋음 허니문이라 선물줬는데 초콜릿이였음!! 주차는 셀프파킹임 세탁기랑 건조기있어서 좋았음 세제도 다있고 직원들은 그냥그럼

Be careful bed number.
Family vacation was good. And Duke's restaurant was excellent!but even 4 person available.. bed is only one. So someone must sleep in the sofa.

친절하고 시설도 좋았어요 수영장이 좋네요. 가족단위로 숙박하기 좋은곳 입니다. 차타고 10분 거리에 세이프웨이도 있고 아울렛도 있어서 편하게 지냈던것 같아요~다시 찾고 싶은 곳 입니다.

내부에 식기며, 주방 제품들이 굉장히 만족스러웠으며 세탁기 및 건조기도 잘 이용하였습니다 수영장 및 부대시설도 만족스러웠습니다.

인근에 있는 콘도 들이 대부분 오래된 건물에 인테리어나 기자재들도 오래된 편인데 최근에 리노베이션을 했는지 아주 깨끗하고 깔끔한 편이었습니다. 3개의 수영장이 모두 잘 관리되고 있었고 피트니스 센터도 깔끔하고 만족스러웠어요. 조식을 먹었던 메인 레스토랑도 마음에 들어서 다음에도 다시 방문하고 싶네요!

모든것이 만족스러운 호텔&리조트
가격은 비싸긴 하지만 모든것이 만족스런 호텔&리조트입니다. 직원들은 친절하고 청결한 시설이 좋습니다. 수영장도 깨끗하고 리조트에서 보는 뷰는 환상적이기까지 합니다.

매우 규모가 큰 리조트로 많은 인원이 휴양하기에 매우 좋았습니다. 마우이에는 맛난 음식이 없어 음식을 해먹을수 있는 키친이 있는 점이 매우 마음에 들었구요. 하지만 리조트에 있는 식당에서는 동양인들을 차별한다는 인상을 크게 받아 기분이 안좋았습니다.

주차 및 심야 서비스의 아쉬움
다른 투숙객 짐은 다 내려주고 옮겨주었는데, 저한테는 알아서 짐내려두고 주차하고 오라고 했습니다. 짐 옮겨 줄지도 묻질 않았고 제가 옮기는 걸 구경하고 있었습니다. 체크인 담당자가 분명 발렛이라고 친절하게 안내서에 적어줬는데 말이죠. 호텔 입구에 허니문 선물로 주게 되어 있는 팩키지에 제 이름도 써있었는데, 주차 담당자가 그것도 안 주었습니다. 이틀 투숙 후 일출을 보기위해 새벽 4시쯤 체크아웃하려고 내려왔는데, 프론트에 직원이 있지는 않았고 지원부서로 연결할 수 있도록 인터폰이 있었는데, 룸 넘버만 대충 확인하고는 제 답도 제대로 안 듣고 끊어 버려서 투숙 시작과 끝에 대한 인상이 안 좋았습니다. 인터넷 속도가 상당히 느렸다고 생각합니다.

호텔자체는 상당히 좋았음 특히 오아후의 호텔들과비교하면 더욱 좋다는것이 느껴짐 특히 콘도식 비품을 갖추고 설거지도 해주어서 서비스도 훌륭함 다만 호텔안 슈퍼는 좀 바가지성이 있음

꿈같은시간
룸 시설이 집처럼 잘 갖추어져있습니다. 미처준비못했던 모래놀이 시설이며 부기보트등 집에서 바로 바다로 나가는듯한 기분이었네요. 호텔 수영장도 아이들이 놀기 좋게 약간 미지근했고 해변도 정말 좋았습니다. 아쉽다면 침대시트를 매일 갈아주지 않은것 정도 입니다.아이들과 함께하기에 정말좋은곳입니다.

꼭 다시 찾고 싶은 곳
짧은 여행일정 때문에 하루밖에 묵을 수 있는 시간이 없어서 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 리조트가 전반적으로 기본 시설들이 훌륭했고, 바로 앞으로 해변이 이어져서 너무 편하게 이용을 잘 했습니다. 마우이섬을 다시 갈 수 있는 기회가 생긴다면 무조건 호누아 카이에서 좀 더 오래 머물고 싶네요.

We went to the Honua Kai with our 3-year-old daughter as a recommendation from a friend who had gone earlier in the year with their one-year-old. We went for the ability to have washer-dryer, kitchenette, pools that were family-friendly, and an on-site store and restaurant. It lived up to our requirements with regards to everything. I also used the gym which was adequate for what I used it for (primarily treadmill running - when I didn't run on the beach, that is). Would recommend!

We called before taking our very expensive trip to make sure that it was OK to enjoy considering the Lahaina fires. However, when we got there, it was very clear that we were not welcome as guest, and we were also left a note in our room stating not to communicate with employees. It really put a damper on our vacation, especially when we called ahead of time we could’ve went to a different island as for the hotel it says beautiful as always my third time renting.

They had cockroaches in the kitchen. Many of them live and dead. They never gave us the resort hand band The sink in the kitchen was clogged

Great place to stay! The staff was very helpful as well. The signage for elevators in the parking garages is lacking and you have to ask for a parking pass when you get there which we didn’t know about. Other than that, we would recommend 10/10 and will visit again.

This was quite a surprise, this was an excellent resort with excellent staff. We will be back it was awesome to have the resort pools and amenities.

Convenient spot centrally located with necessities nearby, and great pools and incredible views. We were there during well season and it was amazing. Looking out from our windows and seeing whales almost all day long.

Room was not ready at scheduled check in. Granted it was ready a few minutes after - after a long flight with kids you kind of expect a 4pm check in is ready at 330. Not here. It was ready at 415. That’s not bad but there was no real apology or explanation. Customer service from the management is poor. Grounds are pretty and rooms nice but staff is not very welcoming. Aloha is a bit of a myth here. Better employees in Mexican hotels. I’d stay here again because the beach and pool are nice but it’s expensive as hell and staff aren’t all that hospitable.

Absolutely awesome.I think it had like 3 pools that were all different. The gardens in the flowers were so beautiful and well groomed. It was clean and quiet and just wonderful. The beach was nearby, and also clean and beautiful and not very crowded. I really really enjoyed my stay and I’m so thankful Expedia was able to switch my reservation. Thanks again, Expedia.

Stop looking and book this place!!! It was amazing. You can jump right into ocean and snorkel and we saw a lot of sea turtles. Went in March and was able to see whales all day long form our balcony. Dukes food is amazing. There is a great boardwalk that goes about 3 miles you can walk along the ocean.

I love the open air large opening patio door windows from the living room and the bedroom. I loved the cat colony. I love the friendliness of the staff. It definitely had the feel of luxury.

The music at Dukes was thoroughly enjoyable as one sat by any of the 3 pools. The service is respectful and accommodating. Some of the patio loungers were broken and likely should have been removed. The Aina gourmet shop closed when we were there resulting in an inconvenience for some. Hopefully another similiar shop will open soon.

We booked an ocean view studio and that was not available when we checked in. We were given a one bedroom studio with a Mountain View instead. To compensate, we were given a $70/night refund. Our room balcony was closed because the hotel exterior was being painted. We could not go out there between 8am and 5pm daily. I loved the pool area and easy access to the beach. It was nice to have drink and food service provided by Dukes. Parking can be difficult if you get back after 8pm. If there are no spots left, you can go park by the villas or the other building’s lot which isn’t incredibly far, but just really not fun after a long day. The proximity to everything within Kaanapali was great. Some units have a bbq grill on their balcony. my only real gripe about staying here was that the hot water within our room was very limited. Only one person could take a shower before the water became luke warm.

We had booked this vacation over 6 months in advance. When we tried to check in, we were told our room type (partial ocean view) was not available. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. We understand the circumstances in the area, but would have hoped to make arrangements for paying customers. We paid for one night and checked out to move to another property.
