"We reserved at that hotel because I wanted to try the swimming lagoon. It was closed for high surf! But they gave me a room with an amazing view and were so kind. They let me check in early. They recommended a close beach where I could go. The activities director helped arrange a lovely dinner cruise that we really enjoyed. Eating brunch by the seawall everyday was so pretty. The ocean is just gorgeous at this location, even when the surf is high."

"Our one big complaint is that the property still advertises the manta viewing platform which apparently has been closed for renovation for the past four years (at least via Expedia). This was the primary reason we chose this property."
