"The staff were rude and unfriendly. We had asked for a ground floor because my husband has trouble with stairs. They rudely told us no. There was no elevator. I had a reservation for 2 nights the front desk said I only had one and charged me a late fee. We ended my husbands birthday weekend early and went home."
