“The hotel was well-situated, with free off-road parking, close to shops, restaurants and shopping centres. The room was adequate in size for the three adults in my family, with adequate power outlets, but there is no elevator, no fridge and no air conditioning in the room. “Only 3 rooms in this to tiny hotel. But it was spacious, peaceful & quiet. The best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel for years. Lovely staff and nice pub below. The room was refurbished and the bathroom brand new. Situated right by the magnificent Heaton park. Recommended for families.”

“Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.”
