Perfectly situated next to the Old Bridge and easy walking into Altstadt. The room was roomy, with a loft, and comfortable chairs for sitting rather than on the bed! Lovely!

Our junior suite was perfect for my sister and I. Very comfortable and cozy after a long day of sightseeing. Had a beautiful view of the castle. The restaurant was also excellent!

Beautiful rooms. Awesome views from windows. We didn't use the loft really, but it was cool to have. Staff were extremely accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is a hidden gem located at the old bridge and gate. Great location making it easy to walk both sides of the river and access to the castle and all the charm of old tiwn Heidelberg. At night cross the bridge to the right to get stunning pictures of the bridge, city, and castle lite up.

Very nice structure, polite personnel, the room was comfortable and very clean, breakfast was also delicious. One big problem: there is no place outside the hotel to stop the car just for a while and unload the luggage (when we arrived it was raining really badly...). But there are two parkings not too far from the hotel, 5-10 minutes walk approximately.

Perfect location, good value

Unbeatable location at the base of the Old Bridge, adjacent to Old Town and the University of Heidelberg. It would be 5-star with a larger room and individual temperature control. Staff went out of the way to be helpful.
