"Very clean and well maintained hotel. Large room and comfy bed. The hotel is about a mile walk through the shopping centre to the schloss cable car. A few really good restaurants just around the corner (I'd highly recommend the Thai). But the best bit is you have a full sized supermarket downstairs that's open till 10pm"

"The entire hotel is elegantly laid out and furnished from the Gladiolas in rooms to the sprinkling of sparkle in the bathroom grout. The staff are helpful, authentic and entirely a joy to interact with. Our stay was certainly the highlight of a 4 city tour through the area."

"The hotel was nice and in a great location. There was no air conditioning, but the large windows in our corner room provided great ventilation. The shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, with trams nearby and downtown within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped carry our bags upstairs when the elevator was broken. We really enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, which was definitely a highlight of our trip."
