“This was the second time I stayed at Harbour quays. The first time was great but this 2nd time was terrible. Both times were for international sports competition so sleep is very important. That is the reason I booked a 2 bedroom apartment both times. The first time I got a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us with 2 proper bedrooms in a quiet building. The 2nd time we got an apartment and it was only one bedroom with a second sleeping area that was part of the lounge. It had a weird...

“Old fashioned resort. Rooms need to be upgraded. Please do not expect too much.”

“Overall, we had a very good stay at the Dorsett. Parking was a little difficult thye days we were there due to an event taking place, which made things a bit hectic and challenging to navigate. That being said, the staff were excellent and really made up for it. They were extremely helpful throughout our stay, assisted us with upgrading our room, and were always happy to answer any questions we had or provide information about the hotel and surrounding area. The upgraded room was comfortable...

“Upon arrival after a long drive we were told there was no parking available for us and we would have to park on the street after our night out. We spent 10 minutes in the room getting ready to go out. Upon our return after midnight the only car park outside the front doors was taken and not a car park to be found on the street anywhere in the vicinity. After searching for a park for a considerable amount of time we felt our only option was to get our bags and continue on our trip home. So we...

“The location is fabulous near to shops. The room was very clean and tidy. I planned to stay for 2 night and move to another hotel but decided to extend here as I was very satisfied with the hotel.”
