Dear Mauro Tetsuo,thank you very much for staying with us here in Solo Sokos Hotel Torni. We truly are in the heart of Helsinki and everything is within walking distance. Happy to hear you have found our staff kind and helpful -- we try our best to make our guests feel welcomed. Our apologies you found some difficulties with the parking system. We do not have our own parking space here in Torni but we have a special price for our guests to park in the parking hall right next to us. We will try to improve our communication better so that in the future there would be less confusion.
