"I had some concerns with booking this property because of mixed reviews. I will say that I was pleased overall with our stay. The room was clean and good sized. The bed was comfortable. All the utilities worked ok but the air conditioning did seem a bit weak at times. However a couple of problems did detract from our stay. When I book a hotel on Expedia they advertise that all taxes and fees are included. However, there is a $35 per day "destination fee" that is collected at this property. So when you see a price quoted by Expedia, add that to the bill. I wish they would be more transparent with the pricing right up front. There was a problem during our stay with the parking situation. There was a large conference going on for part of the time we were there so when we returned after our daytime activities there were no self park spaces left anywhere. We ended up parking on the street for a while until some cars cleared out of the lot. I contacted the management but all they could offer was an apology for the inconvenience. They need to do a better job at managing the parking lot so that hotel guests have a place to park at all times. After all, that is part of the $35 daily fee. The pool was nice but if it's heated they don't heat it very much. The water was pretty cold. Also, it's only open from 11 - 5. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "

"There was no wifi in the rooms. We had to go out into the courtyard to make calls and use internet. We could not do work in our room so we had to go and get daily workspace. The door keys had to be constantly reformatted due to some fault with hotels key system. We had to go to office daily with our keys. These two things alone made the stay work instead of relaxing. Also there were bugs in the kitchen and the room carpet was gross under foot. "

"If i could give minus 5 i would. First off google doesnt even know where totake people for the endtry so we were lost for 2 hours and ended up in a trailor park trying to take us on a dirt road that was blocked. They had take people to this horrible stay. Had bugs in the tub and dirt. Door lock was broken. And the room in pics wasnt the room they gave me. And they wouldnt switch my room to the one they paid for. Rude receptionist. Sliding door broke n and wouldnt even open along with broken lock. Ice was all the way up a hill. Horrible stay and they wouldnt even refund ys. They literally denied all contact. I have called 3 times leaving my info with front desk and they always say the manager is unavailable. Either because its a weekend or because they are on vacation. Not a way to run a business!so we "
