Awesome view from balcony

Excelent Service. We arrived somewhat late but they opened their bar for a night cap. The breakfast buffet was variedad and plentifuk. Windows were Double / tripled paned. Very quiet.

Great location but very average hotel. Over priced. View of pipes - unsightly and unpleasant. Definitely not 4 star. Room air con not working. Very uncomfortable sleep. Won’t be back.

Personnel dans l'ensemble très serviable, chambre spacieuse et agréable, présence du spa et de la piscine, proximité de la plage. Pas à la hauteur des étoiles attribuées

Extrêmement déçue par la chambre… sol en mauvais état. Visiblement hôtel vieillissant qui aurait grand besoin d’un renouveau pur prétendre au standing affiché et au prix pratiqué. Cartes pour accéder à la chambre toutes les deux désactivées le deuxième soir donc nous avons dû faire appel au concierge de nuit pour pouvoir espérer rentrer nous reposer. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur des 20€ demandés… premier matin : grille pain disjoncté donc pas de possibilité d’avoir du pain grillé. Les œufs soit disant brouillés ne sont qu’un mélange liquide sans aucun doute fait avec de la poudre. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas dans cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour à Hendaye.

Déçue par la gestion d'une erreur de facturation

J’ai séjourné au Relais Thalasso Hendaye début mai 2025. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été entachée par une erreur de facturation importante : la chambre a été facturée deux fois, une première fois via hôtel.com (prépayée), puis à nouveau à la réception lors du départ. Malgré mes nombreuses relances (appels, e-mails, justificatifs, RIB…), il m’a fallu plus de deux semaines pour obtenir un remboursement partiel seulement — sans explication sur le montant manquant et sans excuses de la part de l’établissement. J’ai dû relancer plusieurs fois pour obtenir une simple confirmation de traitement. Le responsable réception m’a informée que la comptabilité ne communiquait pas directement avec les clients, ce qui complique encore plus le suivi. Je déplore un vrai manque de réactivité, de transparence et de considération pour le client. Une erreur peut arriver, mais c’est la façon dont elle est gérée qui reflète le sérieux d’un établissement. À ce jour, je reste dans l’attente du remboursement complet. Espérant que cet avis incitera l’établissement à mieux prendre en charge les litiges de ce type. Sophie R.

Bruyant et inconfortable

Pour ce prix, on s'attend a une prestation un peu plus a la hauteur, la literie est tres usagée, le matelas est taché, inconfortable par les creux d'usure, nous sommes repartis avec un mal de dos... C'est tres bruyant, le menage commence a 9h et se termine a 15h30...et comme cest tres mal insonorisé, nous entendions meme nos voisins du dessus faire leurs besoins...bref...pour un sejour de detente au calme, ça nest pas le bon endroit... De plus, le personnel de l'accueil n'est pas des plus accueillant.

Bel établissement, situé juste en face de la grande plage. Soins réalisés par un personnel attentionné et sympathique (Spa et Hydrothérapie). Excellent restaurant dont les propositions sont originales, savoureuses et superbement présentées. On souhaiterait juste un VRAI grand lit (au lieu de 2 lits de 90 CM accolés, avec un matelas trop mou). Très calme en basse saison, ce qui a été apprécié.

Déçu du séjour alors que c’est la 4 eme fois que nous venons dans cette hôtel qui pour moi ne mérite pas 4 étoiles une chambre vue sur mer qui n’en est pas une ( vue sur le spa et la chaufferie… ) salle de bain médiocre Et service à la réception qui s’en fou … au prix exorbitant des chambres Serge blanco il ne reste que le nom !

Un peu déçu

Bon séjour. Mais hôtel dans un état de propreté dans les parties communes qui laisse à desirer ( moquette tres sale et tachée). Le service au bar qui n'est pas assuré tous les soirs de la même façon ( un soir il n'y avait personne pour préparer les cocktails qui etaient à la carte) Nous avions demandé une chambre avec deux lits et nous avons eu un grand lit. La vue depuis le balcon qui donnait sur la "cour interieure" donnait sur tous les tuyaux du système de chaufferie de la thalassothérapie.
