たしかに部屋は遠い。今回利用した部屋にはベランダがなく、ダイビングなどマリンスポーツをした後のものを干す場所に困ったが、コインランドリーで脱水機だけの利用が可能。 毎日の清掃、ミネラルウォーターやアメニティの補充などは満点

This is the second time we stayed at Howard. We got an upgraded room, free of charge. Going during the winter when the weather can be temperamental, it’s good that this resort has plenty to do (gym, indoor sports, cafe, spa, pool) to occupy our time.

四人房跟兩人房的住宿內容是一樣的，都是兩張大床，遇到的全館人員服務都很好，很值得稱讚！廁所也很貼心的有提供小孩的墊腳椅，讓小孩也能使用大人洗手台！住了兩次都有陽台，上次是一早可以看到大尖山，這次是面對鹿園，小朋友很開心！自助早餐還算中上！飯店在墾丁大街的尾端，從飯店房裡走到外街大概要五分鐘，再走到大街熱鬧處也要五至十分鐘，稍嫌一些些遠，但吃飽喝足可以散個步

房間設備老舊 燈光昏暗 浴室充滿黴斑 床單毛巾破損 房間位置偏遠 窗戶外無景觀反而是該飯店的雜物堆 地板像是多年沒清理一樣 早餐有如菜市場吵雜 餐點差 餐盤不潔 房價與其他同等級飯店一樣但品質其差無比 以後絕不選擇該飯店

福華經典館地毯釘事件

住經典館,我老婆直接踩到一入房浴室與房間地板接口的地毯釘。幸好沒有流血,有測試可以刺破一般紙,非常危險。釘子藏在地毯內,踩到壓下去才會有中,肉眼看不見。 浴室內放肥皂的架子有上一個房客的綁頭髮橡皮筋，上面還捲有毛髮。 經過反應馬上拿著急救箱探訪,並立即幫我們換了一間房間，服務態度良好迅速。 整體除了打掃不確實.地毯釘子以外 服務人員訓練優良、對應得體,服務到位，讓人很放鬆。 以上純是經典館發生事件,跟其餘房型無關 本人有住過豪華客房沒有此問題,豪華客房很舒適。

飯店有點老舊，環境舒適，離墾丁大街很近，走路可以抵達，出發前飯店發信息告知，現在因為疫情的關系，沒有早餐（只有餐盒），也打電話到櫃檯確認，告知現在沒有早餐，所以訂了沒有早餐的房間，（訂房網兩個人加價100,）到現場後，櫃檯告知，早餐一個人要加價440,兩個人要880，根本是把人騙倒現場，告知高額早餐費.
