The room was very nice and clean, the staff were lovely (they even called the rental car company for me to sort out a misunderstanding) and we were very happy with the fitness room and the pool. Overall we would stay again!

Convenient location for walking to restaurants and only 1.5 miles from the port of Heraklion. Great space for our family of 4. The rooftop pool isn’t really usable however so a bit misrepresented. Instead they have a narrow lap pool on ground level. Staff was wonderful and very helpful though!

Newly build complex around 10m drive from Heraklion center. We stayed in the suite which had a seperate Queen bed and 2 x single beds in living room. It is a great place to stay! Rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable. Room is super modern. There is a good size fridge, washing machine and cooking appliances. The gym is decent, and there is a pool. Parking is tricky at night but they have a dedicated parking area which only fits around 7 cars. We always managed to find a spot even if it was 5m walk away. Great value for money.

stayed 2 nigths in sept with family, the hotel is nice - sharing the service and reception with anither hotel across the street. rooms , beds , shower all good. Balcony facing a backstreet. the hotel is in a outskirt area of the more central streets if the town. the pool is much smaller that in pictures and cold - not in sun really. good place - without kids we would have considered comming back - would pay the same and get better closer to beach/city

The property is in a suburban street - 10-15min walk from the centre BUT it is worth it. The amenities and quality of the property is some of the best you can expect. They have thought of everything. Would definately stay again

A very unique, stylish property, brand new in 2025. Everything inside is fine. Dishwasher and washing machine in the suite. On the other hand, no on-site parking and the front desk (available 12 hours per day) is located in the 3 Pines property across the street.

Un super hôtel type boutique hôtel, la réception est de l’autre côté, dans l’hôtel en face. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement, notre avion avait du retard mais nous avons été hyper bien reçus, la personne à l’accueil était adorable elle nous a même recommandé quelques endroits pour aller manger à 23h30. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, propres, spacieuses et pratiques avec leur petite kitchenette. Elles sont très bien équipées et la clim est partout. Nous reviendrons à la fin de notre voyage !

Vraiment un très belle appartement, c'était spacieux, il y avait deux terrasses, la vaisselles étaient propre. Il y a un parking privé de l'hôtel à 30m. Seul inconvénient la réception était fermée à notre arrivée, on a dû attendre 30min. Aucun numéro ne fonctionnait. Si vous passez par Expedia, pensez à contacter l'hébergement, ils vous donneront des informations. Expedia ne donne pas votre numéro de téléphone.

Είναι καινούργιο κατάλυμα σε άριστη κατάσταση , το μόνο ίσως θέμα του , όσον αφορά το μικρότερο και οικονομικότερο δωμάτιο του, είναι ότι δεν έχει δεύτερο καθρέφτη, έχει μόνο έναν στο μπάνιο. Για ζευγάρι είναι θέμα. Χώρος να μπει δεύτερος καθρέφτης υπάρχει, πιστεύω ότι θα τοποθετηθεί σύντομα

Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο! Πετσέτες καθαρές κάθε μέρα! Φοβερή τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και ταυτόχρονα πάρα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο! Το δωμάτιο έχει καλή διαρρύθμιση είναι πολύ μεγάλο, ήταν το κατάλληλο για μεγάλες χρονικά κρατήσεις! 3 άτομα είχαμε όλοι το χώρο μας! Αν ξαναπάμε ηράκλειο πάλι εκεί θα κλείσουμε αναμφίβολα! Βαθμολογία 20 στα 10!!

Ολοκαίνουργιο κτίριο, με πολύ ωραία διαρρύθμιση , πολύ καθαρό , πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και εύκολο πάρκινγκ, ίσως πρέπει να ρίξουν μια ματιά στην πίεση του νερού στο ντουζ και να μπει ένα τραπέζι μικρό που να μπορεί όμως να χρησιμοποιηθεί για να φάει ένα ζευγάρι
