"The room was very nice and clean. We had the big king suite. We did not realized that the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs. So you you have a dining area, living room area and a full kitchen with only a bathroom upstairs. My wife has a problem with stairs, but she made it up ok because they were wider steps with a big railing that she could used. There is a room that can be used adjacent, so that would solve the downstairs bathroom issue. We paid in advance for the breakfast and it was so worth it. We could order anything off the menu with a drink included. You had the choice to pay for additional items. The restaurant was very convenient out on the deck with live music every night. It had a great menu. The beach was only 2 blocks away. The pool area at the hotel was nice, we used it every morning. We used our 2 complimentary tickets for the water park that was connected. The lazy river was awesome. All of the staff that we encountered was very nice and helpful."

"Everything was great the only thing is this hotel is close to a hospital and it was noisy with the sirens at night time plus the bed close to the bathroom in room 514 would squeak. Everything else was great. "

"Smelled moldy, ac unit had dirty filters and what looked like mold inside, rattled like crazy, so loud. Tons of stains under the sheets, stained extra sheet, no extra blankets for the pull out, pull out was more like a futon in a college dorm, no access when we got there, windows didn't open, no fire exit. Coffee pot wasn't a normal coffee pot, dark and sad honestly. But...Close to the beach. Wouldn't stay here again"

Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. No bed linens on beds in 2nd bedroom. No blankets on beds. Air Conditioner made loud grinding noise. Maintenance unable to repair. Had to leave the A/C turned off while sleeping. Fresh towels were dirty. Lipstick on "fresh" towels. Resort fees were not advertised on the Expedia listing. "
