"The room was fine. The food was a buffet but still good and breakfast was good. The location was fine. Some staff like the waiters were very helpful although it took a while to get a drink. Reception were a little frosty."

"Very centrally located in the town of Bovec. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean breakfast and dinner were good. We enjoyed our stay just be aware that in the spring they do not have air-conditioning available only in the summertime however it was not necessary as the temperatures were quite cool at night with the windows open. "Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. Also,!no kitchen sponge or dish towels. Not major issues but caused annoyance. Beautiful apartment. "
