"Hilton Capitol Hill is a DC Gem What in my mind really sets Hilton Capitol Hill apart from any other hotel is the Exceptional Service of all the staff. The first night I stayed in a room that was awesome but for some reason the mattress felt a little hard. Within an hour of expressing my concern, a manager personally reached out. And the manager did not just apologize but ensured that robust action was taken to resolve my concerns. By the time I finished breakfast, they had transitioned me into a new room with a mattress that was the perfect. When staying in a hotel there is nothing better than knowing that you have a hotel staff behind you that treats you with sincerity and respect. A staff that if something is not right, they solve the problem with a level of grace, kindness, and excellence in hospitality. Such excellence was displayed to me when the staff solved this mattress issue that I had when I stayed there. This exceptional customer service distinguishes Hilton Capitol Hil I believe from our hotels in DC. Whether you’re in DC for business on the Hill or a family vacation to see the monuments, the Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill delivers a premier experience. "This hotel is convenient to NOTHING. It is also quite old. The rooms were decent, though the bathrooms were not great. The worst was the mouse running across the conference center. Wouldn’t recommend."

"A few suggestions that could elevate the guest experience further: Dining: Breakfast offerings could be enhanced with more consistent availability. Fresh fruit like bananas and the fruit bowl were available only one of the days during our stay, having these replenished regularly would be greate. The coffee flavor was quite light (felt like flavored hot water); a richer brew would be appreciated by coffee drinkers. Facilities: We noticed only one elevator was operational, which occasionally caused wait times. Rooms: The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. Updating some of the furnishings could help modernize the space and match the quality of service."

"Our experience was horrible. We booked only for 1 night and the room beside us, there were 3-4 people talking and laughing the whole night, Since midnight till 8 AM none stop. I called lobby 3 times, and they came to give them notice 2 times. but they weren't listening. It was a horrible night and we both didn't sleep even 5 mints. and in the next morning we went to eat breakfast at the restaurant located in the lobby and although they had at least 6 empty and clean tables they said we should wait at least 20 mints and finally after 30 mints they let us to sit which it was unreasonable. The lady said her manager asked for waiting list and other guests were so upset as well. won't book this hotel anymore."
