That hotel needs a make over. The front desk is the only area they renovated after the storm. The rooms and bathrooms need a well needed refresh with everything. Location is great I’ve been staying there for 14 years at least once a month in the last 2 years.

We were in town for a family event and spent two nights at Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden-Duesseldorf. We had a great stay! The hotel is located near the quaint downtown area. We caught the S-Bahn to Düsseldorf from Hilden Süd which was about a 15 min walk. Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel staff was very friendly. Our rooms very extremely comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered a variety of food options for every family member. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was soooo cold I left a day earlier The front desk said they’d send a portable heater, nothing was sent. I had mentioned it also on the first day. They didn’t seems to care. Since my room was paid for 3 night , left on the 2 Day. The hotel is out dated.

Tolerable, but unprofessional staff

Staff was at times very unprofessional. We waited hours for our drinks and food, even though there were only a handful of guests at the bar/restaurant. Some of the staff seemed very inexperienced and one even private made prive phone calls while working.

Das Hotel an sich ist richtig schön und auch modern eingerichtet. Nur hatte es leider keine Klimaanlage, sodass es dort sehr warm war. Auch die Lage ist nicht die beste und die Autos waren sehr laut. Ansonsten Frühstück sehr lecker und liebes Personal.

Ich musste feststellen, dass es dieselbe Adresse im Umkreis nochmals gibt. Bei einem Telefonat mit dem Hotel konnte ich mich nicht verständlich machen, so dass ich dann nach einem Kollegen bat, der verständliches Deutsch sprach. Der neue Kollege hat mir netterweise den korrekten Standort zukommen lassen. Angekommen bekam ich nach 5,5h Fahrt den süffisanten Hinweis, man möge eben vorher nicht nur Hilden, sondern auch die PLZ im Navi eintragen. Das Frühstück mit 30 € pro Person finde ich zuviel, wenn man nur Kaffee und ein Brötchen haben möchte. Wir haben drauf verzichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr warm, weil DG aber okay.
