“Clean room,comfortable bed,cold quiet air conditioning”

“When I got there was expecting to pay the amount left as what it showed. No I had to pay 100 more then what it said to pay when getting there. The stay was nice I liked it just when I expected to get the 100 deposit back I haven’t received it yet. I tried to call and ask about it and got hung up on. I took pictures before and after of the place due to how much the deposit was and I haven’t received it back and no one will talk to me. Not happy.”

“Canceled the Reservation, but yet my refund has NOT been returned!! 😩 😡”

“The people were nice, they allow pets, breakfast was pretty decent. But the hallways were very warm. No airflow. The beds beat us up all night. Too hard for us all. Even a lady in the elevator mentioned it. But the showers were wonderful after a long day. Even though it’s dog friendly there aren’t many places for dogs to do their business. There are a few homeless walking around also.”

“No smell, Kind Staff, Good breakfast and Clean bed and bath but unfortunately I saw a little bug in the floor.”

“I had to pay an 150.00 incidental fee that I was told that I will get back at the end of my stay a week later I still haven’t received it, and when I inquired about it with the building manager, she was very rude and smart with me and act like I didn’t know what I was talking about and refuse to give it to me. I want my money back 3 people at that hotel lied to me.”

“Nice clean suite with not just one comfortable bed, but 2! I probably slept better than I have in a long time. (It may have been because I had been with my daughter with no sleep for over 32 hours having my first grandbaby!) it was so convenient to the hospital too! Thank you!”
