My son and I had to be in town for a family function. I've stayed here many times over the years, it is my go-to hotel in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. It's Washington Court House. We don't look for 5 star service, but we are always in good hands here. Will definitely be back the next time we're required to be in town.

Breakfast left much to be desired and no one was available to check out in the morning. But room was very good and bed slept very well.

The staff was awesome, but my room was super noisy. The room next to me was some kind of mechanical room, and it buzzed all night. The room above me was making so much noise and banging, I could feel it through the walls in my bed. I didn't get any sleep. The hotel doesn't have any staff at night, just a computer in the lobby for check-ins. I wasn't sure how to even complain about it. The bathroom was a bit weird too. The shower door was held up by what looked like a robe tie and a hair tie to keep it closed on the opposite side from where you walk in.

It's what you expect

It's fine. It's exactly what you expect. It's pretty clean, it's safe enough. No front desk staff and check in is via some weird remote kiosk. But it works, you can get some sleep, and move on.
