Perfectly fine hotel for the area. It's a little run down but it's also in the middle of nowhere so my expectations weren't high. Its clean and the people are nice. My only complaint is that even though the hotel is non-smoking, because of my rooms location it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke.

Staff seemed friendly but the overall feel of the hotel was that it was more of an apartment building. A lot of guests had dogs and seemed to come and go through staff doors, which reminded open or propped open. Just odd. The beds were full size NOT queen. Room seemed clean but like it had been sitting for awhile. Pool was warm and really clean for an outside pool.

It serves it's purpose, but it definitely needs to be updated. The outside and inside needs a major cleaning the carpet is very dirty.

The room was dirty-dead bugs laying around, bedspread had stains, towels thin, carpet stained and ripped. Homeless people hanging around outside. Breakfast area very limited selection, coffee cups were the small ones used in room. Chairs mismatched and scratched. Will never stay there again. Have pictures

It has an outdoor pool as a plus although I didn’t have a chance to see it because I wasn’t going to be using it. Sounded good. Don’t bother with breakfast. Room was dirty. Even the sheets on one bed was dirty. I’ve stayed there before but it’s mostly men who are working in the area (laborers which are much needed) but that’s what the place looks like now. Great for them. Not so much for a traveler.

The room was nasty! Cockroaches in the bed side table, discolored towels, dead bugs in the room and no working smoke detector. Also, the Non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray! Everything smelled like smoke. The breakfast (if you can call it that) wasn’t worth the cost. I bought breakfast from McDonald’s across the street. There were dead bugs in the hallways and the outside door to the back stairs was propped open all night. The grass hadn’t been cut in weeks and the pool water was gray. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I will not be back and none of my classmates. NASTY!

The property was not very clean and a lot of people hang around the building who was druggies. When we came up to the back to go to our room the was another person who was saying there with a couple other people rolling a marijuana joint. I understand it’s legal in a since but it’s still illegal at the same time. I will not be staying there again. This is actually the second location of the Quality inn the first we had reservations with and paid for it before we went. They said they did have no reservations for us and couldn’t help us there pool was green and nasty. But on the web site it shows a very nice pool operational. But when you got there it was closed until further notice and green and nasty. So I would recommend not staying at Quality Inns unless they have good reviews. This would be the Seaman, OH location and the Maysville Ky locations

There were dead bugs in the hallway the room smelled like mold and cigarettes there was blood and other questionable stains on the bedspread and poop was smeared in the bathroom we had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room so that we could stay we were booked thursday through Sunday and we left Saturday morning because we couldn't stand another night not to mention the windows in our room would not lock not to mention when this was all mentioned to staff they completely disregarded the situation and acted like it wasnt there problem because I booked through a third party and the other excuse was that that they were completely blocked and also shot staffed

This was the only available hotel in this area, where we needed to be for a weekend. Pros: comfortable beds, seemingly clean sheets Good coffee shower was hot. Cons: Our room was double booked, and after we were there an hour, a man entered our room with his own key When registering, we were not asked to fill out any paperwork or even verify an address anything or a deposit The staff were extremely unhelpful and did not seem to want to work there. They were often seen hanging out outside the front door, smoking and talking. The complementary breakfast was nonexistent. The first morning we came down. There was literally one egg and a few pieces of toast available. The next two days which was over a busy weekend there was even less food than the first morning and when we reported it to the staff they they were non-responsive and no additional food was added for the guests Throughout the day, there were bags of trash in the hallways and cleaning equipment just left unattended for days Our toilet seat was broken and falling off. We checked for bedbugs upon entering the room and we think there were none but the bedspread covers were absolutely filthy and stained. We immediately removed them and had to throw them in the corner. When I asked if our room was non-smoking, I was told that all the rooms were non-smoking yet the hallways reeked of smoke Overall, I can’t imagine worse customer service or more unmotivated staff. If you have another option go with that.
