Really enjoy having Belgian waffles and eggs for breakfast. The front desk was friendly and helpful. In a previous review I commented on some lighting near the entry to the common area. It was very well lit this time, which was greatly appreciated. Price was great. Glad to have this Quality Inn in Hillsville!

The breakfast was fresh and ready on time there was 2 kinds of cereal bagels 2 kinds in g muffins juice milk water waffles yogurt biscuits gravy eggs the second shift lady checked me in was great very friendly we had water damage at our house and had to get room last minute I was in and out in less than 10 min parking was great security camera well lite parking lot and the third shift front desk staff was just as awesome and helpful

I found the staff to be very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The room was very clean and did not smell musty as other hotels I have been in as the room did not have a carpeted floor. There was plenty of parking and the grounds were clean.

This is a solid stay. April was a good time because the price was lower and was one of the factors in staying at this property. The room was nice, and we like having a refrigerator. As usual, husband was really happy with the waffle maker. If that wasn't there, my husband would be very unhappy! It's nice to have a choice of eggs, waffles, cereal, muffins, as well as a variety of beverages. Unfortunately, the upstairs ice machine wasn't working. Since we've been at the property before, we knew where the downstairs one was, and it worked. Also, I did not like how dark the area is in the hallway by the upstairs ice machine. Please add light to the area! It made me uncomfortable walking there alone. All-in-all, the location is convenient, the staff is pleasant, the breakfast is decent, and the price is right - especially certain times of year. :)
